It is the procedure to obtain permission for carrying out a sporadic activity inside the Port of Barcelona.
The habitual activities can be of a great variety, from shootings to photographic sittings, etc.
The objective of the step is to guarantee that these activities inside the port grounds don’t cause inconveniences to the smooth running of the Port.
To request the permission for an activity in the Port of Barcelona it is necessary to send the form fullfiled to the Barcelona Port Authority. Indicating:
– Information about the company and/or organization that wants to carry out the activity.
– The object of the activity
– The location of the activity
– The date of the activity
La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Común de las Administraciones públicas, en su artículo 14.2. cita a los sujetos obligados a relacionarse electrónicamente con las Administraciones públicas. Asimismo, la Ley reconoce el derecho de las personas físicas a escoger en todo momento si se comunican con las administraciones a través de medios electrónicos o no, a menos que estén obligadas a relacionarse a través de medios electrónicos con las Administraciones públicas. El medio escogido por la persona para comunicarse con las Administraciones públicas podrá ser modificado por la persona física en cualquier momento.

Unified Access Service (UAS)
Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fridays, holiday eves and August, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
